Recovery Community Navigators

The Wellbeing Initiative is proud to offer Peer Support through our Recovery Community Navigator Program! The Recovery Community Navigators are able to serve both urban and rural communities in Southeast Nebraska through overdose prevention, Opioid Use and Medication Assisted Treatment, and Narcan administration education. They coordinate with first responders, hospitals, treatment centers, and recovery networks to support people experiencing Substance Use challenges and their family members in accessing services and building natural support networks. Our Recovery Community Navigators work to reduce the stigma associated with Substance Use challenges and build sustainable communities of recovery in Nebraska. This program serves to develop cross system navigation, education, and the support networks our communities need most. Our navigators are able to provide face to face support to many Counties in Southeast Nebraska. If you are located outside of Southeast Nebraska and need support, please fill out the referral form and our program Supervisor will reach out to you with more information.

Please contact us if you have any questions!

If you, a friend, a family member, or someone you know is at risk of an overdose, please refer them below:
